Job Description

    Roles and ResponsibilitiesManage and Provide Operational Performance Data Insights and AnalysisDeliver Timely Inputs/Recommendation for Improvement in Business processes and Customer experienceKey Accountabilities
    • Recommend Process/system changes basis the data Analytics
    • Team Management, people management, driving improvements
    • Communication with the Stakeholders across operations to understand their requirements and provide Data Analysis accordingly.
    • Provide Data Insight for different projects to enable right decision
    • Deliver Customer specific reports and analysis for Ops SMT review meeting with Customer
    Automate daily reporting requirement through BO and deliver on time with qualityDesired Candidate Profile
    1. Must have
      1. Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel functions (such as advanced formulas, data connections)
      2. SQL (complex queries); Oracle, SAP HANA and PL/SQL (Oracle variant)
      3. Good knowledge of VBA coding
      4. Python Basic
      5. Team management expertise
    2. Good to have
      1. VBS coding knowledge
      2. PHP coding knowledge
      3. SQL (DML [insert, update, delete], DLL and TCL) statements
      4. Business Objects features (webi in particular)
      5. SAP HANA - Colt Data Warehouse (especially SIEBEL tables)
      6. Visual Studio
