Job Description

This role is a manager of manager role who can transform business operations as an entrepreneur work on new age automations transformations. Here is a snapshot of responsibility areas:

Business Delivery:

  • overall owner of business operations including but not limited to customer satisfaction, KPIs and business goals, operational improvement, productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness
  • ensure execution and compliance of processes, best practices both, local as well as global
  • nurture relationships and interlocks within and outside CEE with stakeholders / customers
  • develop and pursue opportunities for new business, facilitate seamless transition
  • at all times, keep the team aligned to corporate vision, strategy, objectives and directives
  • act as level for escalation managemen
