Job Description

Technical Associate L1 Service Desk

  • Level 1 support services. Must have experience in Technical/Service desk support
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle various tasks with little to no forewarning
  • Demonstrable ability to react quickly, lead and perform especially during critical/catastrophic events
  • Comprehend the issue, search on Knowledge Management Tool and communicate/narrate effectively
  • Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository
  • Use of soft skills - Listen, Empathy, Courtesy etc.
  • Utilize professional techniques to retain & delight customers.
  • Provide quality service & resolve concerns efficiently & expertly
  • Above all, take full ownership of the Incident from Creation to Closure
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Graduate in any streamFamiliar with ITIL and ITSM processes.Proven hands-on experience in Access ManagementAbility to multi-task, handle time and follow through with assignmentsShould be adherent to process defined workflowsGood experience in knowledge managementShould have understanding of below Technical Skills:
  • Basics of Networking
  • Win NT/2000
  • MS Office 2007, 2010
  • IE6 & IE8
  • Windows Operating - WinXP, Win7, Win 10
  • Microsoft Outlook 2007, 2010, 2016
  • Solving problems related to PC/Laptop/Handheld/Printers
