Job Description

    Role Description : Technical Lead - 4A - Corp IT EngineerThe ideal candidate is a hands-on technology developer with experience in developing scalable applications and platforms. They must be at ease working in an agile environment with little supervision. The person should be a self-motivated person with a passion for problem solving and continuous learning. Role and responsibilities :Responsibility is to ensure the provision of a service to clients ensuring that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and to restore service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.Technical skills requirements :The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in :- Remote and office design, delivery & maintenance for desktop, network, voice, video, printing, and telephony environment- Active Directory & domain services- Microsoft Windows 10, Auto Pilot- MS Endpoint & Application Management- Intune- MS Defender for Cloud App security solutions- ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, - Jira Service Management- Windows 365 Cloud PC or Azure Virtual Desktop skills.Qualifications :- 8 to 10 years of work experience in systems or application development - B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred.,
