We re happy to consider ways of working that will mean you can perform at your best.Youll have the following responsibilitiesq Key Responsibilities: q Is responsible for managing the Wireles and LAN issues for customer within MTTR . q Needs to coordinate with various stake holders Internal and external to progress reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades etc. q Drive Technical Bridge calls till resolution q Implementation of Incident driven emergency changes q Good knowledge on Cisco Wireless, with deployment and troubleshooting skills, Experience on 5500, 2500 and 9800 Platfroms. q LAN Good working knowledge of Layer2 & Layer 3 switching, hands on experience on 6800, 6500, 4500, 3600, 3800 and 9k series of switches. Should have knowledge of STP, Stacking, VSS concepts. q Good understanding of packet capturing tools q Expertise on troubleshooting LAN and Wireless related problems.q Should have good and effective communication skills.q Experience on Cisco Wireless.Youll have the following skills & experience Qualifications : q Minimum Graduation, or equivalent professional qualifications or experience;q CCNA, CCNP level technical skills on Wireless domain. Skills/Experience: q Typically engineering/science degree.q CCNP level knowledge on Wireless
• At least 6+ or more no. years professional experience within tele-communications environment.
