Job Description

Responsibilities :- Attract and select the best-in-class talent from target industry segments- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes- Identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, make direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)- Responsible for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships of the HR team with relevant stakeholders- Take initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements while keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire). -Gather and understand the industry best practices to further improve the recruitment processRequirements :- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in a technical recruitment role- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)- Ability to identify and pursue best candidates- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methodsWhats in for you Competitive SalaryGreat working environment, opportunity to work directly with foundersOpportunity to grow fastIf you value autonomy, enjoy challenges and are passionate, and believe in getting things done, the role is for you to take up & deliver About Synaptic :Synaptic is a Gurgaon and San Francisco based startup that is bringing the power of alternative data to the world of investing.
