Job Description

    Role : Tender Specialist & Government SalesTender Specialist employees are responsible for examining tender documents, the scope of work, determining qualifications, and financial criteria, making presentations, risk matrix, and providing information to top management to obtain bidding approval.Skills:
    • Candidate should have a good experience in Tender searching on various govt portals for eprocurememt and timely submission.
    • Experience of Government Sales would be preferred
    • Having knowledge and experience of GeM would give an extra edge to the candidates
    • Candidate should be proficient in written and spoken English.
    • Experience in B2B portals like Indiamart, alibaba and tradeindia.
    • The candidate should be willing to handle everything by himself or herself and not be reliant
    • The candidate should be self motivated to perform
    Responsibilities :
    • Identifying the relevant tenders and taking approval before participating.
    • Prepare comprehensive tender schedules, cost estimations, and technical proposals with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Managing all aspects of the bid including technical and Fnancial bids.
    • Attend pre-bid meetings and provide technical support and clarifications to potential clients, establishing strong client relationships.
    • Engage in post-tender negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to finalize project terms and conditions.
