Job Description

    Hiring, Primary Skills - Thunderhead, Java,OracleExp - 3-8yrs Responsibilities Design and development of best-in-class Investment Platform solution to support client reporting and distribution within IP Programme Work with the technical architects and business analysts in understanding the scope and requirements to build optimal technology solution to a business proposition Lead high and low level design, code and unit testing & provide delivery estimates Work with architects to define and maintain the technical delivery methods: o Design/coding guidelines to meet functional and non-functional requirements o Compliance with unit test coverage, security guidelines, builds process, maintainability of code etc. Work as a single point of contact for the project manager / architect while providing the requisite levels of support required for delivering the project through the development and testing phases Explore new breed of tools & technologies and help in build a right mix of our offering to different business groups Support SIT and UAT phases during the entire lifecycle based on Agile delivery principles Constantly work with technical architect and 3rd party vendors and take strategic decisions to perform product upgrades and product improvements Experience and Qualifications 3- 7 years of experience in Information Technology gained in an application delivery & support function in reporting discipline At least 3+ yrs of hands on experience in building & delivering reporting solution using Thunderhead Template. Strong knowledge and understanding on database Oracle Knowledge of advanced MS-office concepts is preferred Person should be a B-Tech, MBA or MCA in relevant stream from reputed institute Strong customer focus meeting and exceeding expectations, resolving issues and developing solutions to meet customer needs Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills suitable for a diverse audience, with the ability to communicate in a positive, friendly and effective manner with technical or non-technical users/ customers A good working and hands-on knowledge of essential Software Engineering principles Exposure and sound knowledge of Financial Services domain Mutual Funds and Fund Accounting would be definitive plus Certification in Java / J2EE is an added advantage Flowcharting, data modelling, process modelling, form design, report design, and control procedures.,
