Job Description

    URGENT REQUIREMENT: TRAVEL CONSULTANT (VOICE PROCESS EXECUTIVE)INTERESTED MAY DIRECTLY CONTACT: MS. NEHA - hidden_mobileKEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED
    • Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
    • Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge.
    • Should be good in managing / handling customer queries& providing faster resolution.
    • Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
    • Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
    • Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms.
    • Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment
    QUALIFICATION
    • Graduates/Under Grads
    • Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
    • Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
    • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
    • Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheets etc)
    • Keyboard Skills Good Typing speed (30 WPM)
    KEY COMPETENCIES / KEY SKILLS
    • Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)
    • Team player and contribute towards Teamgoals.
    • Should be able to work in a high-pressureenvironment.
    • Flexible to work with roster offs &shifts.
    • Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organizations guidelines
    OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    • Rotational shifts Ready to commute by self if company transport isntavailable to the residing zone.
    • 24X7 working Environment, team member will get 2 offs (split offs).
    • No Indian or UK holidays, only Week Offs & approvedleaves.
