Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Responsibility Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively with international clients onPhone calls Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase Travel relatedservices like flights, hotels, transfers, tours and holidays/packages Accurately recording details of customers requirements and sharing with backend team Sharing Quotations as per the customers requirement and convincing the customers toclose the sale Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volumeand sales. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Strong sales skills with sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends will bepreferred Flexible to work under rotational shift / week. Ability to work under pressure in a demandingwork environment. Ability for upselling and cross selling product wherever required. IATA certification is not mandatory, it will give you an edge if you have it.Skills & Experience Requirement Should have minimum 1 year of experience in International Inbound/Outbound Voice process. Experience in Travel Process will be preferred. Graduate will be preferred.salary up to 7 lakhs Shoud have good worldwide geographical knowledge. Knowledge of worldwide travel visas, Hotel Bookings and local attractions will be preferred.
