Job Description

    Position Treasury HeadExperience 3-8 YearsQualification CALocation - GurgaonIndustry Any industry, background of Telecom will be added advantageResponsibility:
    1. Someone dealing with banks on day to day basis.
    2. Negotiation on term loans and working capital related matters.
    3. Must have experience of doing deals for new Term Loans
    4. Responsible to manager enhancements of existing Terms etc.
    5. Managing repayment of all forms of Working Capital Loans
    6. Managing investments of excess funds.
    7. Management of Cash Flow, bank balance and funds.
    8. Experience of Dealing with credit rating agencies.
    Skills required:
    • Person should be well versed with the banking documentation knowledge
    • Someone with good relations with banks, credit agencies, NBFCs etc.
    • Should be able to handle banking transactions related to collections and payment
    • SAP knowledge of FICO
