Job Description

    * DISCOVER your opportunity The UAT Program Manager is responsible for co-ordination of teams of business representatives through the preparation, execution and reporting of User Acceptance Testing.What will your essential responsibilities include
    • Chairing & scribing the Triage meetings.
    • Prepare Kick Off packs for each Cycle.
    • Run onboarding / kick off meetings
    • Responsible for collating the latest Preparation & Execution Status for the UAT/Test Manager on a daily basis.
    • Responsible for submitting daily mini progress updates to the business during test execution.
    • Escalating to the UAT/Test Manager key blockers or issues.
    • Responsible for feeding into the UAT Stakeholder list.
    • Ensuring that Scenarios are received in sufficient time to review the suite before the test cycle starts.
    • Review of the scenarios from a testing good practice perspective.
    • Ensuring that the test data is available for the Business SME s.
    • Support the business SME s through scenario creation.
    • Support Business SME s to target their testing appropriately.
    • Accountability of the maintaining of the UAT mailbox for their workstream.
    • Assist the UAT/Test Manager in encouraging adherence to quality standards and procedures to support embedding Testing best practice
    • Educating business and project representatives on test activity and process
    • Act as a business liaison, influencing business thinking and providing advice and guidance on UAT
    • Accountable for ensuring defects that are identified, are properly tracked, monitored and resolved.
    The UAT Co-Ordinator reports to the Application/Test Manager , *We re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
    • Experience of delivering acceptance testing involving >10 team members to agreed timelines and quality
    • Relevant experience in a demanding technology environment
    • Good understanding of test management tools
    • Experience of engaging and liaising with 3rd Party service providers
    • ISEB Qualified Software Testing or demonstrable equivalent knowledge in testing best practices and methodologies.
    • Experience working with teams across distributed geographical boundaries, particularly with the majority of the business representatives located in Europe and India
    • Highly developed communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate testing concepts and issues clearly and succinctly to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, from junior staff to senior management
    • Ability to understand internal processes, policies and procedures
    • A high degree of independent judgement for decision making and problem solving
    • An ability to listen to and resolve customer issues whilst preserving positive relationships (by being effective, efficient, tactful and courteous)
    • Experience of motivating business representative through acceptance testing
