Job Description

    Manager - Talent AcquisitionAbout the Role & Team:We are looking for a seasoned recruiter leader who will partner with the peers and stakeholders on various projects related to recruiting like - Campus Hiring, Lateral Hiring, Employee Referral, internal mobility along with fulfilling recruitment mandates.What youll do:- Designing, driving and implementing strategies related to all - tech and non-tech hiring needs across the company- Lead the efforts in hiring across verticals including leadership and niche hiring.- Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business, the market, our competition, and emerging trends within the talent acquisition market, ensure a strategic pipelines of diverse candidates- Conduct analysis and report key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders.- Build a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates.- End to end own hiring projects such campus Hiring, lateral Hiring, employee referral, internal mobility etc.- Lead/mentor team of recruitersWhat Youll Need:- Relevant work experience of 4 - 7 years in the HR domain, experience with high performing companies would be a plus- Sound understanding of sourcing techniques, usage of job boards and tool- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to work with spreadsheets and dashboard- High degree of initiative and on-the-ground execution focus- Excellent communication skillsFolks you will work with:We understand that the people you work with and learn from is the single most important determinant of how much you enjoy working at a place.
