    • HR Professional with expertise in the areas of Staffing, Recruiting, Sourcing.
    • End to End Recruitment Process.
    • Analysis the requirements received from clients.
    • Sourcing resumes, Collating/Screening and short list suitable candidates best industry talent as per clients requirement.
    • Search resumes from various sources (Head Hunting, Job Portals, Social media etc.)
    • Build Contact Network through References, social Media nearby Contact Centers
    • Maintain MIS trackers
    • To conduct telephonic interview with candidates to verify experience, communication, availability date and location.
    • Follow up the short listed candidates till the date of joining.
    • Coordination with candidates for interview drive.
    • Scheduling & coordinating the entire selection process as per client requirements
    • Keep candidates updated with the feedback from clients
    • Employee Engagement and Floor Assist
