Job Description

    Job Location : GurgaonDesignations : Technical Project ManagerRelevant Experience : 8+ yearsWe are hiring a Technical Project Manager for one of our reputed clients (Global Web Development Company) for the Gurgaon location.Our client is a global development company with offices in Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Sydney, and London. They deliver business intelligence solutions, big data analytics, cloud applications, process automation, eCommerce, web, and mobility solutions. They offer top-notch agile teams, quality remote developers and help businesses plug in critical technology gaps.They are Microsoft Gold Partners and work in diverse technologies including Open Source, Big Data, Mobile Stack, UX frameworks, and market-ready platforms. Responsibilities : - Define and document project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders - Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects - Participate at the initial stage with a client in order to better meet the needs of the customer and to translate those expectations to team - Lead the design process of applications by working with a team of graphic designers, test engineers, and developers - Guiding the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema - Provide key inputs to the team for development, and ensure the right development methodology is followed - Manage the project and resources required to deliver, including (but not limited to) managing the timeline, resource allocation, and client expectations - Work autonomously to tackle complex technical issues and ongoing enhancements - Participate and actively contribute to technology roadmap discussions - Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables - Accountable for project quality plans and identify project risks and challenges that could impact the success of the project and recommend solutions accordingly - Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Organize sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review meetings - Understand & implement project management practices Desired Candidate Profile : - Solid understanding of software development life cycle processes- Should have managed JavaScript and Mobile projects- Experience working on different technologies such as PHP, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular - Familiar with web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) - Familiar with third-party libraries and APIs and social media integration - Must have good project management skills and experience in handling international clients & escalation management - Experience in leading a development team following Agile methodology (Team Size could be of 10 to 15 resources as well) - Experience in providing technical assistance to the team - Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills (reports & recommendations, etc.) - Dynamic personality - Experience working with enterprise-level applications Perks and Benefits : - Follow five days a week culture.- Flexible working hours.- Cover under Group Medical Insurance.- Maternity Benefits, annual Parties, festival celebrations, birthday celebrations.- Excellent performers are rewarded.- Opportunities to work on the latest technologies and enterprise-level applications.- Candidate, who can join immediately will be highly preferable.,
