The key areas of contribution would be:1) Brand Development:- Develop a brand guide in association with a brand agency- Create consistent messaging and positioning2) Performance Marketing Collaterals:- Design customized performance marketing collaterals for both text and video formats across different channels- A/B test for effectiveness and refine- Design landing pages that help in conversion3) Content Marketing- Develop the content strategy across platforms- Lead the content team to develop content that drives traffic on the website4) Branding Content:- Develop brand videos to build an emotional connection with the brand- Execute content development through a team and agencies5) Marketing Communications:- Design internal and external communication in line with the brand voice (emailers, messages, brochures, guides etc.)- Develop powerful marketing collaterals for the sales teams6) Social Media - Develop the social media strategy across different channels- Track and monitor social media metrics across various channels7) Website Communication:- Ideate the most effective communication for the website- Work closely with the SEO team and the tech team to get new pages implementedWhat are We Looking For - Must have 8-10+ years of experience in building digital brands at a tier 1 marketing agency such as O&M/ McCain or at a fast-growing consumer internet company- Strong experience in building digital brands - Exceptional creative thinking and the ability to develop iconic brands - Ability to lead creative teams and drive them towards a goalWhat are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up branding and shape it independently like a Founder,
