About This Position: We are looking for a Tech-savvy, result-driven, and highly creative SEO Manager to join our fantastic team! SEO strategy formulation, tasked with the improvement of the businesss site visibility and raising the organic search rankings, the SEO Manager will also be responsible for the creation, implementation, and analysis of SEO programs and campaigns. What will you deliver - Create, communicate and execute an effective Traffic Acquisition strategy that will significantly increase organic search traffic.- Identify & monitor traffic acquisition KPIs. Take ownership and build out the toolset for SEO and SEM traffic analytics.- Be creative & data driven. Compile and present traffic reports and clearly show the effects of your activities in the data.- Utilize and manage SEM campaigns where significant ROI can be delivered.- Convince and work closely with product managers, engineers and the marketing team to ensure that they understand the importance of SEO & SEM traffic, and how to correctly implement opportunities for traffic acquisition and measurement.- Keep abreast of industry trends, contemporary practices in SEO, and Google algorithm updates. - Understand the implications for our business and take action to quickly seize opportunity and reduce risk.- Develop optimization strategies that increase the companys search engine results rankings.- Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition. Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.- Evaluate Emerging Technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. - Staying up to date with the latest Google Algorithm changes.- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords. What should you be known for - SEO, Organic Growth Marketing.- Designing & implementing Search Engines Marketing plans, Operational strategies like Keyword research, Competition analysis, Site analysis, and Technical SEO. - Experience in Premium SEO tools such as Ahref, SEMrush, Majestic, ScreamingFrog, SMM, ASO, HTML, CSS, Imacros.- Competitor analysis skills and market studies in the industry to execute organic campaigns - A proven track record of delivering high growth in SEO traffic for a business operating at scale. - Proven experience of leading SEO & SEM strategy and projects to successfully build audiences for global-scale, products and services.- In-depth technical understanding of web and mobile SEO challenges and solutions.- Expert user of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools and market leading tools for tracking user activity on websites and mobile apps for SEO/SEM.- Experienced trouble-shooter and user of relevant diagnostic tools.- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.- Sound understanding of conversion and performance marketing. Knowledge in implementing Ads on FB and Google for Conversions and App installs. What should you have - Bachelors degree or above such as B.E/BTech, BBA, MBA, BA, MA, BCA or MCA.- 5 - 8 years of experience in leading SEO & SEM strategy and projects to successfully build audiences for global-scale, products and services.- Hands on experience on website audit tools.- Knowledge of other paid media channels and web traffic drivers.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Thorough understanding of web design and site structure.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - An eye for detail.- Candidates with strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript & MS Excel skills would be preferred.,
