Job Description

    Greetings from Teleperformance!!We are hiring for Voice Coach.
    • Meeting with team to perform KPIs like Quality, CSAT/NPS and determine their needs and career goals.
    • Structuring individual lessons and showing up on time for sessions with clients.
    • Guiding clients through lessons using a range of vocal techniques and exercises.
    • Train and Monitor a variety of warm-up exercises.
    • Preparing clients for concerts and competitions.
    • Training a team of agents for soft skill, language and behavior.
    • Advising a team to follow up and successfully monitor TNI and TNA on a monthly basis.
    • Publish dashboards on a weekly basis events and workshops to keep vocal training skills sharp.
    • Establishing professional, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Train NH bathes, in the absence of the trainer on communication.
