SirionLabs is a 560+ people company with 9 offices globally.SirionLabs is looking for a QA Manager who can lead our QA team in frequently shipping high quality software, with specific focus on automating all our repetitive manual test cases.Specific must-have skills for this role:
    • Experience in developing QA strategy, including manual and automated testing; and getting stakeholder buy-in.
    • Good command of Selenium using Java, SoapUI, JMeter, Postman.
    • Capable of creating and fulfilling a QA Automation Roadmap, while providing technical leadership to experienced Automation Engineers as well as Manual Testers who are making the transition.
    • Experience in providing leadership, career guidance, performance management, prioritization and personnel management for minimum team size of 15.
    • Good command of QA metrics, frameworks, methodologies and tools.
    • Good command of non-functional testing including performance, security, scalability and availability.
    • Worked in Agile environments previously.
    • Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
    • Comfortable in Windows and Linux environments.
    • Experience in creating test plans and ensuring that the team follows it; making sure that it covers new and legacy features, and impacted areas.
    • Should be able to review test cases and mentor team members about identifying test cases for both UI as well as complex non-UI functionalities such as 3rd party backend integrations.
    • Comfortable with different Database solutions such as Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server.
    • Experience being part of teams that shipped large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed web applications with databases.
    • Experience with testing in a Cloud environment, such as AWS.
    • Can drive adoption of software engineering best practices, including reviews, source control, build processes, continuous integration and deployment.
    • Can develop and maintain cross-functional relationships and alignment.
