    • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

        • Key Responsibilities : a: Client relation management b: Operations management c: People and Performance management d: Transition management e: Budget and cost pyramid management f: Provide cross functional support
        • Technical Experience : a: Ensure client value creation b: Maintain good rapport with clients c: Participate in client meeting and client reviews d: Manage client communications including knowledge transfers e: Show case service desk capabilities to prospective clients f: Ten to fifteen years of experience g: Minimum five years of operations management experience in Service Desk domain supporting global customers h: Minimum three years of Client handling experience
        • Professional Attributes : a: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email etiquette and customer service skills b: 24x7 Support, mostly night shifts and rotation is ONLY as per project requirement c: 5 days working per week d: Good people management skills and feedback giving skills
