    • Lead a team of 100 - 150 associates spread across multiple delivery locations
    • Accountable for overall service delivery irrespective of delivery location
    • Ensure there is robust operational framework implemented across delivery locations to ensure all metrics are appropriately measured and published
    • Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) across different delivery locations
    • Ensure service delivery is consistent and standardized across delivery locations
    • Accountable for performance against financial parameters (service credits, earn backs etc.)
    • Develop Continuous Improvement/Transformation roadmap to drive improvements within the process by engaging internal teams and customer teams
    • Resource the projects which will deliver business impact
    • Plan and allocate resources to ensure cost under control
    • Responsible for driving and meeting the HR metrics in the team
    • Prepare and educate team on the yearly goals and ensure there is governance to monitor the performance periodically
    • Build robust management team
    • Continually strive to reduce costs and increase productivity within their department.
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
    • Minimum Graduation
    • Handled a dynamic group of Senior Managers/Managers
    • Good understanding and experience in managing Transactional Procurement & Sourcing processes
    • Working experience on any of the common ERPs (SAP, Ariba, Coupa etc.)
    • Prior experience of working in offshore delivery environment leading sourcing activities with focus on driving savings for the clients. Prior experience of delivering committed/contractual savings would be added advantage
    • Proven record of handling clients independently across EU, NA & APAC regions
    • Proven record of ability to manage the HR aspects of managing a team (reward, motivate and retain talent)
    • Proven record of orientation to continuous process improvements and familiarity with methodologies such as 6 Sigma, Lean etc.
    • Exposure to new technology in S2P space (RPA, Machine Learning, High level Analytics etc.)
    Preferred qualifications
    • Any Supply Chain/ Procurement certification preferred
    • Excellent knowledge of Procurement (Sourcing exposure would be additional benefit)
    • Ability to effectively lead the team
    • Excellent client interaction skills
    • Excellent communications skills
    • Problem solving & decision making ability
    • Out of Box thinking
    • Ability to work in challenging and demanding environment
    • Comfortable leading Leadership discussions
