IntermediateEnglish Language Proficiency Verbal & Written GoodGenesys PureCloud Configuration and WFM Intermediate (External Certification necessary before go-live)Analytical Skills Intermediate, Job Responsibilities: 7+ Rears of experience in WFMWill lead a team of Workforce Analyst.Would be involved in improvising / creating forecasting models to accurately predict volume trends for long term as well as short term durations .Accountable for defining, tracking and improving key metricsGood Interpersonal skills with a good problem-solving .Good analytical skills for MIS, number-crunching & reporting to internal & external CustomersExcellent Powerpoint/Excel and SQL skillsPerform innovation/ deep dive analysis to provide insights to Adobe on trending or metric attainment.Responsible for generating, maintaining & publishing metrics reports for Key Service Levels and Critical Service Levels and provide data to validate the achievement of both.Reporting requirement is subject to change based on business priorities.Publish all daily reports for Adobe as per the agreed timelines every dayPublish all weekly reports as per the agreed timelines.Publish all intervalhourly reports on time.
