    • Project Role :Cloud Services Engineer
    • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

      • Key Responsibilities : 1 GSLB configuration and proxy load balancing on netscaler2 NetScaler NEW CONTENT SWITCHING REQUEST SETUP/ modify configuration GSLB3 NetScaler Create New Load Balancing/ Alterations4 Configure the virtual servers5 Configure the services6 Configure the persistence7 Configure SSL Offloading8 Cipher Remediation NetScaler9 DNS registration /redirection requests10 SSL Certificate Management11 Load balancer configuration traffic management/Keep alive
      • Technical Experience : 6 years or more experience in application load balancing, network administration, and application deliveryAdditionally, knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security practices is also necessaryProfessional certifications such as CNS-223: Implement Citrix ADC 13x are added advantage for NetScaler administrator
