Job Description

    We are HIRINGYoutube Growth Lead Managerfor one of our clients - one of the worlds fastest-growing Agri-tech companies.We are looking for a creative, out-of-the-box growth hacker and content specialist with an iterative mindset who is entrepreneurial in nature and can be a part of the early team at Animall. He/She will create and scale our Youtube channel, thereby building a Bharat focused product for dairy farmersResponsibilities
    • Set audacious goals for Animalls YouTube channel, and plan how we can get there and make it happen - Goal setting -> Ideation -> Prioritization -> Execution -> Measurement.
    • Build the best YouTube channel which caters to all the needs of a dairy farmer from trading to educational content.
    • Manage the day-to-day implementation of our YouTube channel strategies and lead its growth. Aid in developing and executing engaging campaigns informed by social insights and impact on marketing goals.
    • Review and analyze the KPIs to identify trends and key insights.
    • Recommend and implement solutions to drive marketing efficiencies and optimization.
    • Accelerate the YouTube channel growth - Reach -> Activation -> Engagement -> Retention -> Revenue.
    • Evaluate YouTube traffic, customer usage, and other data to better understand customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Analyze large sets of user data to identify user cohorts that convert well and collaborate with the performance marketing team to acquire more of these users.
    • Work with marketing/partnership head to strike content partnerships and acquire content.
    • Recruit, motivate and develop a superior team (all vernacular content as well), establish a clear definition of functional excellence, and create a culture based on those practices.
    • Analyze content created to understand the effectiveness and reiterate content accordingly. As we are still experimenting and understanding which content works best for our target audience, you will have to continuously create content and iterate.
    Qualifications
    • 2+ years experience in YouTube content - can be creation, strategy, management, etc. If you have created content for Bharat audience or a fast-growing consumer brand, you will have a big advantage.
    • Identifying the best channel collaborators, platform partnerships, Influencers, Blogs, and passionate to work in the Agriculture sector.
    • Target: New age media companies like Scoopwhoop, Zomato, Unacademy, Times internet, and YouTubers (>40,000 subscribers).
    • Somebody who understands content marketing + Performance marketing.
    • Somebody who knows what it takes to build an audience on YouTube and how to grow the reach and channel engagement.
