Job Description

    - Manage learning centers of the organization - generating revenues, increasing enrollments and be responsible for entire operations of the centre / multiple centres- Manage various marketing activitues with support from central team - Devise GTM strategies / Track competition and market intelligence - and plan accordingly- Develop key relationships with potential educational institutions - Handle team - recruit, train and develop passionate team members across all levels Skills & Experience:- B. Tech & MBA with 8+ years of Sales and Marketing experience - Consumers, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI will be preferred. - Business Acumen / Business Orientation skills to understand the market dynamics of the city/region/zone- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask- Excellent time and work pressure management skill- Ability to handle large teams, high attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills,
