Develop Tableau dashboards with advanced calculations, Scheduling Extracts, Performance Optimizations.2. Maintain, enhance, and modify existing reports and dashboards based on business requirements3. Developing, maintaining, and managing advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions.4. Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.5. Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.6. Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and troubleshoot any issues.7. Creating tools to store data within the organization. Must Have 1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Tableau report development2. Expertise in any of the BI reporting applications3. Proven experience in Data warehousing concepts.4. Advanced visualizations and skills with interactivity and publishing5. Ability to develop ad-hoc SQL and any scripting language for analysis and studies to answer business questions6. Proficient in Database and SQL Knowledge: Clear understanding of Databases, difference between DBMS vs RDBMS, Normalization vs denormalization, Tables, views, select, joins, aggregations, subqueries, where, etc Good to Have 1. Expertise in data analysis, validation and mapping / design2. You love collaborative environments that use agile methodologies to encourage creative design thinking and find innovative ways to develop with cutting edge technologies3. Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work4. Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management5. Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed6.
