Ensure hygienic, tasty and safe cooking of meals as per food safety norms to the beneficiaries. 2. Ensure practice of highest quality standards in the cooking process. 3. Ensure proper safe keeping of all the equipment and machinery through preventive maintenance and repair. 4.Taking proper care of Vehicles by preventive maintenance and repairs. 5.Review and Develop the Quality control process or procedures. 6.Ensure the process comply with standards. 7.Ensure the food safety. 8.Monitoring the parameters of cooked foods. 9.Perform Sensory Evaluation of cooked food. 10.Raw material inspection. 11.Review and developing SOP for process. 12.Implementation of 5S and Kaizen in kitchen. 13.Frequently perform Lab Assessment, Pest Control, Fumigation and Quality Audit. 14Reducing wastage by improving the efficiency. 15.Coordinating with production team and Maintenance Team for providing solution to kitchen issues.Salary 3 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac 75 Thousand P.A.
