Job Description

    ResponsibilitiesProviding right-hand, executive support in a one-on-one relationship, the Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and the Board of DirectorsCompletes a broad variety of administrative tasks and business projects that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the organisation, including: managing an extremely active calendar of administrative and daily projects; assisting with analytical projects; designing and producing complex documents for the Board of Directors, Excel reports, and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; completing business reports; arranging complex and detailed business plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents and presentations for board-related meetingsServes as liaison & primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO and the Board of Directors, including those of highly confidential or critical naturePrioritise and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEOs style and organisation policyProvides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO, CFO, HR and Marketing Departments and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staffCommunicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with Retail Boutiques, team members, staff, and others, on matters related to CEOs initiativesPrioritises conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressuresResearches, prioritises, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential natureWorks closely and effectively with the CEO and Finance/Marketing team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriatelyProvides leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organisation and manages a variety of special projects for the CEO and Board Members, some of which may have organisational impactPlans, coordinates, and ensures the CEOs agenda is followed and respectedProvides gatekeeper and gateway role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEOs office & timeContribute to creating a positive energy and fostering a team atmosphere, showing excitement and pride in the teams work, and being accountable for resultsEnsures that Confidentiality is a priority at all timesInterested candidates are required to send their resume to: hidden_email
