Authentic, helpful content; the kind of content that takes an interest in the readers trip, their pain spots; the sort of material that takes an interest in the readers journey, the kind of content that takes an interest, material that has an impact and aids in the development of our brand.Its ideal if you enjoy reading and have excellent grammar skills. But that isnt all there is to it. Saying you can build a chair because youve sat in a lot of them or that youd make a good content writer because youve read a lot of books or have good grammar is like saying you can build a chair because youve sat in a lot of them. There is a distinction to be made between grammar and writing. We dont want just any chair with the kind of content we desire; we want a Barcalounger. The type of chair that draws people in and encourages them to stay.To develop authentic, helpful content that makes an effect and helps us establish our brand, youd have to be prepared to take an interest in the readers journey, and their pain spots.Key Responsibilities:
• Create contextual content pieces (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, emails, etc.)
• Ensure content adherence to the short-term and long-term marketing goals.
• Understand customer needs, identify gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Edit, proofread, and improve writers posts
• Track content performance (traffic, conversions, bounce rate, etc), review and update
• published content as needed
• Assist the team in marketing activities as and when required.
Non-negotiable attributes required:
• Should have a customer-led mindset when thinking about technology.
• Should be extremely hands-on, driven, and have a strong bias for action.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
• Should be a structured thinker and possess good analytical skills.
• Should have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience is preferred.
• Strong hold of both written and verbal English.
• Strong communication skills.
