• Academic Operations from Education domain
• Graduate E.C.C.Ed. / Montessori trained/ NTT with 3-4 years of pre-primary teaching experienceBusiness acumen customer centricity and service orientation andTraining delivery
• JobPurpose
• The role holder will drive excellence at the Franchise partner set up by familiarizing educators with Lighthouse Learning philosophy;
• Train them in new products & programs and facilitate implementation of KK curriculum.The role requires someone who can travel extensively to look after 50 Pre school Centres of lighthouse in the assigned areas. They will look after teacher training on curriculum programmes & products. They will also look after safety compliances at the school and check for any Gaps in School management by the Franchise partners.The role specifically demands someone who is street smart & with a good support system personally so that the candidate can travel.
Role and responsibilitiesProviding pre-service and In-service training for all partnersConducting Equipment training, Franchise Induction Program (FIP) and Teacher trainingBuilding strong rapport with partners and supporting them on implementation of key initiatives and complianceTraining Kangaroo Kids Centres for India and International MarketsAssisting in hiring franchise staff.
