Lead Business Analyst

Job Description

Primary skills:
• Experience of theFinancial Services sector, especially back-office global infrastructure.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong consulting skills.
• Experience ofWaterfall and AgileProject Management minimum 8 years
• Business & Technical Analytical skillset to be able to support requirements capture and baselining.
• Evidence of previous roles covering large scale platform deployment/decommissioning - minimum 5 years
• Voice platform/Financial Services work experience minimum 8 years
• Tech Product Knowledge/experience of IPT Avaya, IPC Unigy, Skype, NICE NTR, MS Teams is essential
• Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases.
• Strong ability to define and document business and functional requirements, business process maps ( As-Is/To be ) flows and diagrams.
• Ability to research, classify, and prioritize business, user and functional requirements.
• Ability to estimate work effort at project initiation stage as well as project milestones for business analysis/development activities with progressively improved variance to actual effort as scope and requirements are refined.
• Previous experience of Deutsche Bank infrastructure systems would be advantageous
• Experience of SaaS/Cloud tech-based delivery
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jama, JIRA and Confluence.
