Operating within a collaborative SAFe environment, we aim to deliver effective solutions focused on business value.What you will be doing - As a Quality Engineer youll need to take an active role in shaping the quality of our software. This will demand deep integration with our development engineers, creating test plans, bug reporting and triaging, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting design reviews. Youll help us identify holes in coverage, actively sync with multi-functional teams to reduce duplication, foster better testing, and resist regressions. We need your help to reach high standards of quality.Interpret, understand and validate system requirements for new and existing solutionsWork closely with the development and product management organizations to derive and interpret complex use cases in order to create the appropriate test plans and test cases.Develop test plans, automated test scripts and test cases that adhere to the technical and business requirementsExecute complex white box and black box functional, system and regression tests and document the overall resultsCategorize, track and triage new and existing defects for recommendation for future releasesProvide appropriate test metrics around the results of executed tests Actively investigate and recommend new tools, processes and test approaches for improving the quality of the solutionsTriage issues, react well to changes, work with teams and ability to multi-task on multiple products / projects.What you bring-Experience Range- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in test automation In depth knowledge & experience of automation frameworks of Selenium framework, Java, JavaScript and Postman. Exp in API testing using postman or similar tools, QA automation with knowledge of API Automation or UI automation using Java and Selenium or similar tools, Ability to write test suite, test cases, execute test cases, track defect cycleVery good programming skills (Core Java)Have very good hands-on knowledge on creating frameworks for UI and APIGood experience in BDD Agile methodology along with Cucumber based projectsGood testing framework knowledge like Junit, TestNGHave end to end automation experience from Maven, Git, Jenkins etc Knowledge of basic JavaScript, Knowledge of API Automation in AWS/Azure cloud, TDD development, SwaggerAdded bonusif you have:Experience of working in an AWS/microservices environmentPlaywright for UI angular based applicationsKeen interest in innovation and learningDatabase TestingWhat we offer youThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology leveraging industry leading technologies/products.
