• To plan production activities, Production meetings, Workers Schedules and budget maintenance Schedules and quality of products.
• Sound knowledge for the manufacturing processes & controlling the workers and system implementation.
• Responsible for entire production process of the unit.
• Responsible for handling new products without affecting the regular production.
• Should understand the requirements of production and the need to have all machines maintained at optimal level.
• To develop and maintain effective relationships with internal suppliers and customers for ensuring that required inputs are available on time.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external suppliers and customers.
• Responsible for follow up on clients order and subsequent dispatch as per PO.
• To plan production activities, Production meetings, Workers Schedules and budget maintenance Schedules and quality of products.
• The whole production has to be managed, or have to take care of all the features associated with a particular department.
• The safety measures have to be followed.
• Any quality related issue, have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated.
• Ensure that receiving and shipping schedules are followed accurately.
• To collaborate and meet with others managers.
• See to it that the workers always abide by the safety rules associated with the industry.
• Conduct performance review of workers.
• Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance.
• Cut to Pack GARMENT Production Planning and control.
• Planning of the garments Production , Line Planning , Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring , WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing .
• Responsible for Production Meeting , Waste control,Schedule all Style to be cut , Sewn , Finished as per frame on time .Honest & Hard working
• Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
• Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
• Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production.
• Able to implement and Monitor Continual improvement Project related to Production & Quality.
• Supervision of all Production Process in the factory. Involved in day to day Cutting, Printing, Embroidery, Stitching, Finishing, Packing .
• Guideline & close Monitoring in cutting, Printing , Embroidery, Stitching & Finishing Packing
• Quality checks Needs to be done at Various Check Points Production work flow , fore casting, Quality & Timely Deliveries.
• Production Management and Quality Management for Wovens , Knits ,Georgette, Schifon, Sequence Garments.
• Arranging the manpower.
• Will be responsible to the ensure Production Execute & Shipping on time every time anticipate and identify Production Problems & find solution that might affect the delivery.
• Working closely with the merchandising, production and technical team .
• Department budgets , running cost, efficiency , productivity, on time deliveries & profitability.
• Implementing LEAN concepts on the production & production related areas-at all levels & across all departments-internally & externally ( Including suppliers .)
• Reconciliation of orders and identify profit and loss of each orders.
• Very strong Co-ordination with HR to ensure the manpower.
• Implementing highest AQL.
• Implementing First time right concept.
• Planning of the garments Production , Line Planning , Target Fixation, Hourly Monitoring , WIP, Goods work Method, Maintenance knowledge. Achievement of the plan. Capable of the Planning from cutting to Packing .
• Responsible for Production Meeting , Waste control,Schedule all Style to be cut , Sewn , Finished as per frame on time .Honest & Hard working
• Daily Basis Follow up of the Process.
• Will be responsible for the Entire Factory Production , Planning , Quality.
• Reporting to MD of the Factory Daily Production.
• Calculating Fabric & Accessories for the orders.
• Production & Quality activities, Handle Karigars & other Juniors Staff
• To reduce production cost, Setting New Systems.
• Monitoring the Production Process and adjusting schedules as needed.
• Measurement follow up for all the sampling before sending them to buying houses
• Suggestion to the Production department regarding various steps taken at the time of sampling.
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
