Job Description

Job responsibilities:
• Locate and bring in new clients through original efforts or through referrals to improve revenue and increase business productivity
• Continue to cultivate existing business relationships with clients or other outside entities
• Create methods to obtain new clients and take initiative to bring potential clients into the fold
• Handle any problems that a client may bring to the business
• Assist clients with problems that may stand in the way of a business partnership
• Examine data-driven trends in the business to determine ways to refine their companys approach to clients or the business model
Skills :
• Previous experience in Insurance.
• Sales acumen.
• Solid understanding of policies and products.
• Be able to provide mentorship.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
Criteria:
• Graduation is a must
• Age must be in between 21-38
• BFSI experience preferred
Education:
• Any Graduate
