Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for ADF(Azure Data Factory) developerRoles & Responsibilties :-Location- Kochi/Cochin, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Trivandrum/ThiruvananthapuramJob descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilitiesMust have at least 9 years of deep experience in building descriptive/ predictive analytical solutions.Capability to clearly understand and articulate a data science problem and lead multiple projects with required support.Should have hands-on experience in handling various datasets and should be familiar with data science and machine learning techniques such as supervised, unsupervised and ensemble.Need to work as a senior team member to contribute in various technical streams of Decision Sciences implementation project.Abilty to convert business issues into scientic research, through qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods research.Interface and communicate with the data scientists, engineers, architects and buiness leadersDocumenting and presenting work to the client. Proactively recommending and influencing fact-based changes in business decision-making.Leading, coaching and showing the way to young data scientistsSkills and attributes for successHands on with one of the following Python, R, SparkExposure to Information Technology and or IT infrastructure domainWorking knowledge of MS - SQL, NoSQL Mongo or CosmosFoster teamwork and lead by exampleTraining and mentoring of project resourcesMentor the team in a specific area of specialization (stats modelling, machine learning, SAS/R/Python programming etc.)Participating in the organization-wide people initiativesExcellent communication skillsTo qualify for the role, you must haveB Tech/Masters or Ph. D. degree in either Economics (econometrics) or Statistics or MBA (with strong quantitative background) or Bachelors in Engineering with strong quantitative background and adequate industry experienceShould be at least around 12-15 years of experience in AnalyticsShould have understanding and experience of analytics best practices.Excellent business communication, Consulting, Quality process skillsMust be a team player and team leaderRegards,Team HR
