Responsibilities & Key Deliverables1. Creating DVP Test cases with respect DFMEA and Autmotive standards. 2. Creating of Test Facility for executing EV Motor tests. 2.Testing of High Voltage EV Motor & Inverter systems, test facility equipment 3. Handling of eddy current Dyno and AC Dynos, Power Analyzer,Motor and MCU Tests. 4. Create automated test Bench for Motor and MCU Test execution. 5. Knowledge on Motors - Induction Motor, IPM Motor , PMSM and BLDC 6. Handling of validation tools, NI, Vector Labview, Matlab 7. Configuration of data acquisition systems to measure temperature, voltage, current, electrical and mechanical power, speed, torque, vibration, pressure and others 8. Post processing test data and generating test reportsExperience5-7 years experience in Testing of HV Electric Vehicle Power Trains,Motor and Control System is preferable with knoweldeg of Vector and Matlab simulink.Industry Preferrede- Motor & MCU Development Company / AVL/ Bosch /Valeo/ FEV/KEC / TM4 , companies involved in motor manufacturing and Testing AgenciesQualificationsB.E / B.
