Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for picking up the user stories / items from the prioritized product backlog to be delivered in the next sprint

  • Must participate in the scrum meetings
  • Collaborate with team members to determine best scrum practices
  • Estimates size of backlog items and timely implementation of backlog items
  • Translation of backlog items into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks)
  • Evaluation of technical feasibility of scrum tasks
  • Write and verify code which adheres to the acceptance criteria
  • Assist and guide Scrum teams to create their goal and vision of becoming a self-organized team
  • Application of product development best practices
5+yrs Experience years of experience as a software developer, software engineer
  • Strong understanding of SDLC
  • Experienced in the Agile Development methodologies.
  • Application architecture and design patterns
  • Must be experienced in Microservice architecture
  • Must possess a deep knowledge of the Scrum methodology and good learning skills.
  • Must possess technical knowledge and skills of software analysis, software programming or coding, UI design, or software testing capabilities.
  • Should have excellent team skills that can help them collaborate and work with other team members.
  • Demonstrate strong experience in an iterative development environment, using Scrum practices
  • Must understand the basic framework of an Agile process, its architecture, design, along with the core benefits of an efficient Agile-based software development life cycle.
  • Should be experienced in continuous integration in Agile development environment and involved in configuring of the CI systems for generating daily or hourly builds and also integrates execution of unit test cases and other artefacts.
  • Must be cross-functional, self-sufficient, self-organized.
  • Should be focused and committed to the teams goal.
  • Ability to learn new languages and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong experience in an iterative development environment, using Scrum practices
