  • To provide Subject Matter Expertise with an intention elevate the teams knowledge graph and efficiency, thereby leading to more qualitative output
People and Processes:
  • Build on-the-job new joiner training framework and curriculum/content to ensure uniformity in training and to achieve speed to productivity
  • Dedicated pool of resources for day-to-day shop floor process & systems queries resolution
  • Build/Maintain learning content & conduct periodic assessments & re-certifications
  • All past incidents and operational losses have been included as part of the content and the case studies
  • SMEs act as process champs. work with policy implementation team to understand policy changes & train CRC staff
  • Ensure consistent understanding across board & seamless adoption of revised requirements. Document Global level changes.
  • Provide BRD, write test cases, coordinate UAT and represent CRC in Project calls
  • Thematic approach in identifying bottlenecks and design failures from RCA and close loop
  • Act as SPOCs provide subject matter expertise to process optimisation or transformation initiatives
Risk Management:
  • Compliance with all relevant Group Credit Policies & Procedures related to CIB and CB
  • Compliance with all relevant Group Money Laundering Prevention Policy
  • Compliance with Group Operational Risk procedures
Regulatory & Business Conduct:
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the CRC GBS to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.]*
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders:
  • Integrated Middle Office representatives in Group and In-country Integrated Middle Office & Relationship Managers
Other Responsibilities:
  • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times
  • Participate in test on knowledge and procedures, departmental quizzes, and Group / Companywide CSR Initiatives./Trainings
  • Ensure timely escalation to the Senior Management of any exception noticed related to work and environment
  • Ensure adherence of Clean Desk Policy.
  • Ensure timely completion of all E Learning Courses
