Job Description

    Job Qualifications Necessary: A Bachelor s or master s degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Pharma or related discipline. Overall experience required is 5-10 years. At least 3 years of demonstrated work experience in Validation of LIS/LIMS. At least 2 years of work experience in Clinical Laboratory. Good documentation skills. Should be excellent team player. Passion for Product Quality. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Excellent English communication skills- Written and Oral. High level of personal accountability and self-starter attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations on schedule. Experience with Oracle/SQL database queries is appreciated. Knowledge in Confluence, JIRA & Zephyre is appreciated. Key Skills: Preparation of Validation master plan. Preparation and oversight of IQ, OQ, PQ. Preparation of Validation summary report. Bug discovery and Bug fix verification. Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned task. Installing product, build upgrade, supported 3rd party tools installation and maintenance. Train the development team on Clinical Laboratory Process. Test, troubleshoot and critique software components and interfaces in technical depth and completes assigned test-related tasks. Analyze requirements during the requirements analysis phase of projects. Share/train the development team to understand the requirements as per customer s expectation. Participate in feature review process and drive Quality into development process.,
