Job Description

    Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL/Company) is part of Jubilant Bhartia group and is one of Indias largest food service Company, with a network of 1,335 Dominos Pizza restaurants across 282 cities (as of March 31, 2020). The Company has the exclusive rights to develop and operate Dominos Pizza brand in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal . While JFL is the largest QSR in the sub-continent, it is set to double in scale & size with a vision towards becoming a 2000+ Restaurant with Multi Business, Multi Product, Multi Country Operations.Company: Jubilant FoodWorks Limited - DominosRole: Shift ManagerCTC: 2 LPA to 2.7 LPA (15,000 - 21,000 monthly take home + Performance based incentive)Location: Kolkata (multiple locations)Roles and ResponsibilitiesLeads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience:
    • To ensure self and team handles all Guest concerns during the shift
    • To respond to all Guest feedback with action plans to address opportunities
    • To coach team on hospitality standards
    • To communicate Guest feedback to the team and involve in action plans to resolve issues
    • To ensures all training and reference materials are available and used by the team
    • To execute processes that ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards
    • To execute processes that ensure inside and outside cleanliness standards are met
    • To ensure shift is appropriately staffed to achieve service with speed goals
    Drives Sales Growth:
    • Involves entire team by communicating goals, results, and action plans
    • Ensures each shift is appropriately staffed to meet hospitality with speed goals
    • Ensure all products are available to Guests every shift and execute all products to standard
    • Utilizes appropriate suggestive selling
    • Complete all self-audits during the shift and review previous actions plans to address opportunities
    • Manages cash loss through cash control procedures
    • Follows a maintenance schedule for equipment and facility
    • Sets shift goals and track results
    • Involves entire team by communicating goals, results, and action plans
    Desired candidate profile:
    • Any Graduate, preference to Hotel Management Graduates
    • Min 12th pass with relevant experience - mandatory
    • 1 Year of relevant experience in Retail/ QSR Industry at Managerial Level
    • Valid and Clean 2 Wheeler License
