    Job Describtion :-Managing the Banca sales through assigned Bank Branch The candidate has to handle tie-up banks To Close The leads Provided By the Company Handle the walk-in customer Do Cross Selling ProductsResponsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis Handling Video Calling service for NRI services Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues Chat Process for Non Walk-in customer Service Maintain all policy payments data (MIS)Key Responsibilities:Managing the Banca sales through assigned Bank BranchThe candidate has to handle tie-up banksTo Close The leads Provided By the CompanyHandle the walk-in customerDo Cross Selling ProductsResponsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through the sales distribution channels & delivery on retention targetsTo maximize customer contact and coverage by analysing and assigning opportunitiesWork on assigned leads by the Bank and generate referral from every customer that visits the branchTo classify customer base on the basis of their product usage pattern, income, and other socio economic and cultural factorsTo ensure understanding of internal processes and timely updating of system records and proper documentation checks>> Earn Unlimited Incentives and Bonuses.>> Monthly bonuses and increment on every 6 months.
