Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline7 years software testing experience with a minimum of 5 years in Performance Testing Expert knowledge and hands- on skills using HP LoadRunner 11.x with one or more of the following protocols: Web (http/ html) , TruClient, Citrix, RIA, and JavaHands- on skills configuring and using HP LoadRunner, HP SiteScope and HP DiagnosticsKnowledge of infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g. Patrol) Strong hands- on experience testing J2EE applications (e.g. Jboss and Weblogic) Demonstrated proficiency in performance engineering and testing methodologies for large scale, multi- tier web applicationsFamiliar with QA standards and proceduresExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and ability to present complex dataMust be willing to work alternative hours to global businessesAdditional Qualifications : Solid project management skillsStrong C, C , Java, JavaScript, Perl programming experience; software development experience is a plusExperience testing Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase and Citrix (2- tier) applicationsExperience with code profiling tools such as dynaTrace is a plusExperience with financial industry is a plus ,
