Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities # Handing GT Sales and distributor.# Primary & Secondary Sales for Product placement, Product listing, Promotions etc# To Co-ordinate with Supply Chain for stock.# Responsible for primary and secondary sales. # To make sure all the offers given to the accounts are implemented.# To check stock availability at stores and take corrective actions.# Evaluate Customer Service Level & ensure corrective actions to ensure 100 % fill rates.# Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing and new customers. # Manning sales team and target. Keep track on promotion and implementation.# To make sure FEFO is maintained in stores and at distributor point.# Propose budget to liquidate ageing and non moving stock.# Ensure and increase Share of Shelf as per Market share.# Negotiate with store team for free additional visibility and to keep stock at eye level.# To make sure various branding activities are executed and co-ordinate with branding agency for execution.Desired Candidate Profile Current Working with GT / TT Sales with any Personal Care & Cosmetics Company,
