Job Description

    Job Role: Regional Sales ManagerFunction: SalesReporting to: DirectorBusiness: Corporate (Ludhiana)Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the sales team (Punjab) to achieve set targets and objectives.Provide guidance, coaching, and training to the sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity and efficiency.Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory.Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, PMC (Project Management Consultants), electrical consultants, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the. companys products and services and establish connections with potential clients.Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress towards meeting and exceeding them.Develop sales forecasts and budgets for the territory and ensure adherence to financial objectives.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the management team.Utilize data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies and processes.Uphold the reputation and integrity of the company while dealing with clients and stakeholders,
