The role Your day-to-day work will be in a cross-functional Behavioral Insights & Performance Optimization Squad , but you will also support other squads related to our Customer Engagement domain . The squad is responsible for enabling our data-driven ability through behavioral data across channels. Working with proactive and customer centric activities that allows us to increase customer experience and commercial impact.
