Job Description

    Post: AreaSales ManagerCTC up to 3.15 LPA Incentive; on-roll jobRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key personnel at partner banks.
    • Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive the sale of financial products through the Banca channel.
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with bank branches to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Present findings to management and provide recommendations for improvement.
    Required Candidate profile:
    • Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in the BFSI / Insurance Sector
    • Good Communication skills
    • Graduation mandatory
