Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Professional - Agency and Direct Channel (Life Insurance)We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual to join our Life Insurance sales team as a Sales Professional in both the Agency and Direct Channel. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Life Insurance products to customers through both agency partners and directly to individuals.Responsibilities:1. Generate leads and actively prospect for potential customers in the assigned territory/channel.2. Build a strong network of referral sources, such as financial advisors, accountants, and solicitors, to expand customer base and increase sales opportunities.3. Conduct thorough needs analysis and assess customer requirements to recommend suitable Life Insurance coverage options.4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.5. Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and terms to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.6. Collaborate with agency partners or direct customers to complete application forms, medical questionnaires, and other required paperwork accurately and efficiently.7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospecting efforts using the companys CRM system.8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers and offer competitive solutions.9. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities provided by the company.Requirements:1. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the life insurance industry or financial services sector.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients and partners.3. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to effectively promote and sell life insurance products.4. Solid understanding of life insurance products, policies, and related regulations.5. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.6. Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward achieving goals.7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.8.
