Job Description

Qualification: ITI/Diploma with 1st Class Boiler Certificate.Experience: Min. 2-4 years & above as a 1st class boiler operator.Responsibilities:

Operate water treatment plant on daily basis to maintain good quality of water for boiler.
Operation & maintenance of Automated Three numbers of furnace oil fired IBR Steam boilers
Operation & maintenance of automated Three numbers of Furnace oil fired Thermic Fluid heaters
Operation of Chilling plant-200TR -02Nos
Operation of Air compressors-201cfm-02Nos
Charging of Furnace oil into batch tank in every shift
Housekeeping of Boiler house
Monitoring of water quality for boilers with help of QC.
Maintain boiler efficiency under control
To keep boiler ready for annual passing in scheduled period
Hourly Recording the data as per POCP in prescribed format
Responsible for effective shift operation 24 x7.
Responsible to maintain spare parts
Responsible for Cleaning of Boilers and TFH as per schedule with help of Third party/Helpers
Daily checking of safety interlocks.
