Our employees keep us moving forward.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEstimation & Ordering Prepare detailed and accurate quotations from drawings, specifications, and related documents. Place orders into CX, send files to scheduling, and coordinate with scheduling as required. Communicate order information to all relevant parties. Accurately prepare and provide proposal presentation to the account representative to present to the client. Respond to all requests in a timely manner. Work collaboratively with other departments to optimize efficiency and ensure project requests are feasible and attainable. Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge on all product and services offered. Lifting and/or carrying anywhere from 0llbs to 20llbs. Operate primarily in an office environment. Use standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. Flexible schedule, occasional weekend work. Pressure to produce tangible results and complete projects within tight timelines. Customer ServiceAct as the main point of contact for volume builders, offering product selections as needed. Take payment information and other pertinent information. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and in person. Address customer and team member communications in a timely and professional manner. Desired Candidate Profile1+ years Estimation experience. 1+ years+ Customer Service experience. Understand the construction side of business. Previous experience in windows and doors considered an asset. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Exercise sound judgment, solve problems, be innovative, and use discretion when making decisions. Continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes. Comfortable working with a high-volume workload. Solution focused and you thrive in an environment which demands robust deliverables. Strong work ethic, action oriented and desire to achieve excellence. High comfort level working in a fasted-paced team environment that is constantly changing. Attention to detail, organized with the ability to multitask and meet multiple deadlines. Work autonomously and as part of a team; and require little day-to-day oversight. Self-driven and you take the initiative to learn and curious to understand why things are done a certain way
