Vacancy Name Assistant Vice President - Testing Vacancy Reference VN542 India Mumbai Description This is a senior QA Managers role in the test CoE team in where you will have an opportunity to work in a cross-cultural growing team.
Job Responsibilities Work with a team of quality engineering professionals to deliver the highest quality delivery
Strong hands-on with good technical experience and the ability to drive against a high level test strategy Work with product managers and development teams to understand product requirements Be responsible for creation of test harness Develop and oversee execution of test plans and report on test execution
Key Skills 3+ years of experience in managing quality assurance team Experience in designing and driving overall validation test strategy (manual & automation covering functional and non-functional aspects) for large development projects. Experience in Load Testing, Performance Testing and Test Automation will be an added advantage Knowledge of SDLC, STLC and bug life cycle Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment Agile experience is a PlusGood exposure to SQL & Unix Exposure on Git / Stash is desired
Desirable Skills Knowledge of Capital markets, trade life-cycle, cash management, reconciliation s domain is an added advantage Qualifications Engineering graduate or above from an accredited College or University (or equivalent) Domain certification in investment banking/Technical domain is good to have Experience Proven track record performing team lead responsibilities - mentoring and guiding junior staff. Strong Automation QA testing background for hands on testing, test plan creation, test cases creation and execution test summary reporting Minimum 8-10 years of experience. Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation. Experience in handling multiple projects with changing priorities and meeting concurrent deadlines. Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members.Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through strong delivery against commitments.
